Kari Samantha is an American actor, performer and singer (born on April 28 1967). She began her professional career as a teenager and is best recognized for her role as Maggie Beckett in the television series Sliders as well as her role as the Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), a payroll accountant, and German American Andrew Wuhrer, an officer in the police force and a auto salesman.
